• No more emails or phone calls required to ask for shipment status anymore. ExPro Trac App Increase productivity of customers by showing real time information of each orders in the My Orders Page - production, packing, container stuffing status and cargo shipped details.
• Container Stuffing Photos and Documents of each order can be easily viewed and downloaded from the app. This eliminates paper work – Save Paper, Save Trees and reduces email communications to enquire about photos and documents.
• Customer can do rating or feedback of each order directly from the app
• No worry about missing the point of contact details at Vaighai. The ExPro Trac app always shows the details of assigned contact at Vaighai to each customer for immediate reference to initiate call or email directly from the app as Point of Contact.
• Notifications of each status change on the Pending/Completed orders will be sent as Push Notification and also can be seen in the notifications menu.
